BEST-DRESSED WOMEN
PRINCESS MARGARET IN LIST OF 14 (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) NEW YORK. Dec. 29. ; Princess Margaret and the Duchess of Kent joined the Duchess 'of Windsor in the first 14 in the annual pool conducted here to determine the world’s best-dessed women for 1951. The Duchess of Windsor, who was named number one in this year’s list, has consistently led the voting for the last 10 years. The Duchess of Kent was given eighth place and Princess Margaret thirteenth place.
