HOCKEY
MAORI TOURNAMENT IN WAIRARAPA
(New Zealand Press Association) MASTERTON, September 17. Two thousand hockey players and supporters will be accommodated in the Wairarapa in May, 1952, when the New Zealand Maori hockey tournament will be held there, under the auspices of the Tairawhiti Maori Hockey Federation (Gisborne). There will be 50 men's and women’s teams.
