Sir Edward Mellanby is also I a member of the British Cabinet’s Scientific Advisory Committee and chairman of the International Technical Commission on Nutrition. —(P.A.I Group Captain W. G. Abrams will . succeed Group Captain M. L. Heath as Senior Air Force Liaison Officer in the United Kingdom High Commissioner’s office in Wellington.
