NEW ZEALAND VISIT ENDED
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, 3eptemb«r 16. The Lord Chancellor of Great Britain (Vfrcount Jowitt) visited King’s College, Middlemore, on Saturday morning, in company with a cousin, Mr F. Jowitt, wno is an old boy of the college. He was met by the headmaster (Mr G. N. T, Greenbank), the Bishop of Auckland (the Rt. Rev. W. J. Simkin) and Mrs Simkin, Messrs A. Eisdell Moore and R. King, members of the King’s College Board of Governors, and Mr S. J. Hanna, chairman of the Board of Governors of King’s School. Lord Jowitt also met the prefects, and gave an address to the boys. Lord and Lady Jowitt left New Zealand by air for the United States today, on their way back to England.
