IN THE MATTER of the Estate of FREDERICK WYNN WILLIAMS of Robinson’s Bay near Akaroa in New Zealand, Farmer, Deceased. PURSUANT to an Order made by the Registrar at Christchurch on the 28th day of August 1951 notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having claims against the Estate of the abovenamed FREDERICK WYNN WILLIAMS who died at Akaroa on or about the 12th day of June 1946 and Letters of Administration of whose Estate were granted by the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Christchurch on the 4th. day of November 1946 are hereby required to send in full particulars in writing of their claims to the Administrator The New Zealand Insurance Company Limited Trust Branch at its office situate at Number 90 Hereford street in the City of Christchurch on or before the Sth day of October 1951.
