NO CLAIM ON SEIZED PROPERTY

(Rec. 8 p.m.) BONN, August 31. The Allied High Commission announced that Britain, France and the United States yesterday signed a law telling Germans that they could not claim back any of, their foreign property which has been forfeited as reparations for the war.
