REPARATIONS IN GERMANY
NO CLAIM ON SEIZED PROPERTY
(Rec. 8 p.m.) BONN, August 31. The Allied High Commission announced that Britain, France and the United States yesterday signed a law telling Germans that they could not claim back any of, their foreign property which has been forfeited as reparations for the war. German sources estimate this property at £666,000,000. If patents, goodwill, and other immaterial values are added, the estimate is-doubled.
