A BLIND MAN BUILT THIS HOUSE.-This four-roomad house in Romford, Essex, was built by Mr J. F. Ketley, a blind poultrykeeper. Some days he worked from erly morning to late at Right, and almost always he was by himself, He confessed that his neighbours read his spirit level for him. Altogether he laid more than 30,000 bricks.
