MR J. H. TUOHY ELECTED PRESIDENT
(New Zealand Press Association) _ . WELLINGTON. August 29. Mr J. p. Lewin, of Wellington, who been president of the New Zealand Public Service Association for fix years, did not seek re-election at JJ* annual conference which opened yesterday. The conference elected Mr J. H. *Bohy (Price Control Division, Wellington) to succeed Mr Lewin as president. Mr Tuohy was formerly a vicePresident. Messrs J. T. Hurley (Government "inting Office) and M. T. Mitchell ’Hew Zealand Forest Service) were e®cted vice-presidents, and Mr K. Menzies (Justice Department) was retried unopposed as treasurer, an °®ce he has held for some years.
