BRITISH CABINET MEETS

LONDON, August 25. A meeting of Ministers, presided over bv the Prime Minister (Mr Attlee) St No. 10 Downing Street, last night decided to take no further action in the Persian oil dispute pending a definite move by the Persian Government, says Reuter’s diplomatic correspondent. The meeting, which was called to hear a personal report from the Lord Privy Seal (Mr Richard Stokes), who led the British mission to Teheran, lasted for 90 minutes.
