(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) (Rec. 8 p.m.) NEW YORK. July 17. Mr George Laking (New Zealand) was a member of the United Nations Mission which left last night for East Africa to inspect trust territories there. The four-man mission will investigate political, educational, social, and economic conditions during its 90-day tour, and will later report to the Trusteeship Council.
