NEW CABINET
(Rec. 8 p.m.) TOKYO, July 4. The Prime Minister of Japan (Mr Shigeru Yoshida) to-day formed a Cabinet with six new Ministers and eight from the last Cabinet. Three vacancies have still to be filled. All the Cabinet members resigned yesterday to enable Mr Yoshida 'to form a hew Cabinet strong enough to deal with problems arising at the time of the signing of the peace treaty.
