PROPERTY SALES
The Christchurch Milk Company yesterday paid £4400 for an old twostorey house of 12 rooms, on one rood and 20 perches of land at 253 Cashel street, between Madras and Barbadoes streets. The auction sale of the property was held on account of the trustees in the estate of Dr. J. F. D’incan. At another auction, £lO5O was paid for a section of 20 perches at 406 Durham street.
A four ; roomed bungalow at 26 Field street, Riccarton. on about a quarter of an acre of land, sold at £2OOO.
