Debating.— “ That censorship of films and books in New Zealand be abolished” was the subject debated by teams from the R.S.A. Debating Club and the Riccarton Catholic Debating Club recently. The R.S.A. team, which took the affirmative, was awarded the decision. Mr B. Wilson (R.S.A.) was judged best speaker. The judge was Mr A. C. Brassington.
