Munro, editor of the “New Zeajand Herald.” Auckland, has arrived in Washington for a four months’ tour of American newspaper plant? and universities under the Depart®ent of State’s exchange of persons Programme. Mr Munro’s interests also include American Government and foreign Policy, and current opinion on international affairs. After a three weeks’ atay i n Washington consulting with aewspaper correspondents and Govern®«it officials, he will visit the major “ties and university communities throughout the United States.
