ALUMINIUM FOR BRITAIN
LOAN TO CANADIAN COMPANY (Rec. 8 p.m./ LONDON, April 30. The British Government will lend the Aluminium Company of Canada 40.000.000 dollars to increase Britain's aluminium supplies. The Supply Ministry announced that the dollars would be used in the company’s 220,000.000 dollars expansion scheme to increase its annual capacity to 500,000 ton.’; In return, the company will increase its supplies to Britain by 30,000 tons in 1952 and 40,000 tons in ’ 153.
