REQUEST BY MR TRUMAN
(Rec. 11 p.m.) WASHINGTON, April 15. Mr Truman has asked Government officials to refrain from any personal attacks on General MacArthur. He asked there should be no “name calling" in the great debate over his removal of the Commander who disagreed with his Far Eastern policies.
