Unlawfully on Premises.— John William Alfred Petterson, aged 48, a labourer, was charged in the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday with being found unlawfully on the enclosed premises of the New Zealand Railways Department's carriage goods yards at Waltham on Friday night. He was fined £.3. in default seven days’ imprisonment. Mr S. F. Marshall. J.P., and Mr T. L. Jones, J.P., were on the Bench.
