TRAP SHOOTING
WAIHORA GUN CLUB’S MATCHES
The Walhora Gun Club held a shoot at Motukarara, when three matches were fired. In the first match, of five targets. E. Hammond, E. Beerman. S. Bennett, S. Marston, H. Hatchard, J. Potts, G. Thompson, F. Radford, and L. Bennett shot the possible. . The second match, of 15 targets off handicap marks, was shot off for trophies. L. Lanauze, L. Blatchford,. and L. Eden secured possibles and shot off for the first three positions. Blatchford won th* shoot-off, with Lanauze and Eden second and third. M. Tyson won in a shoot-off for fourth trophy. .ae final match, a sweepstake of 10 targets, resulted in Hatchard, Inwood, T. Everett, S. Bennett, J. Potts, T. Gebbie, and L. Bennett shooting the possible and dividing the stake. Those with nine oh were F. Gray, Bearman. F. Ridden, L. Blatchford, and E. J. Bennett.
