UNION PRESIDENT’S STATEMENT The president-secretary of the Christchurch Tramway Workers* Union (Mr L. C. J. Southon) said yesterday that he hoped no misunderstandings would arise before the North Canterbury Labour Representation Committee discussed the union’s request for consideration of the attitude of some Labour members of the Tramway Board toward employees and policy matters.
