ELECTRICITY SUPPLY ASSOCIATION
(New Zealand Press Association) v WELLINGTON. April 13. Although transport difficulties had made it impossible for some delegates to attend, there were 47 persons present at a meeting in Wellington recently of the Municipal Electricity Supply Authorities* Association. It was decided that the offices of the association should b ? m oved to Wellington. The following officers were elected: president, Mr W. H. Stevens (Welling-vice-president, Mr N. H. Moss (Stratford): executive, Messrs J. A. Hardy (Nelson), T. P. Hart (Palmerston North), G. C. Simmies (Napier), A. J. Benz (Hamilton), N. Ashenden (faihape), L. F. Foote (Bluff), R. F. Barr (Dunedin), M. Pearce (Taumarunui), and the chairman of the Timaru City Council Electricity ‘ Committee. Mr L. C. Hutton was appointed technical adviser and Mr A. Eaton Hurley secretary and legal adviser.
