Captain A. G. Russell, master of the Port St, John, which arrived at Auckland from New York yesterday, hai been appointed marine superintendent of the Port Line in Sydney. He will leave to-day to take up his appointment. Captain Russell, one of the line’s youngest masters, has been assistant marine superintendent al London for some time.—(P.A.)
