LINWOOD CLUB The Linwood Rugby Football Club will hold practice games on Saturday, April 14, at North Hagley Park, near the Riccarton gates. Under 17 and under 18 grades. 1.30 p.m.; open grades, 2 p.m. All players and intending players are requested to attend, as these games are the final trial matches before selection of teams for competition matches. Under-weight grade players are requested to assemble at Hagley Park inside the Armagh street gates for weigh-ing-in at 1 p.m. sharp. —Advt.

MERIVALE CLUB All players are reminded that further practice matches for selection of teams will be held at Malvern Park, on Saturday next, April 14, as follows: Senior, Junior, Third, Fourth, and Under Age Grades at 2 p.m. All under-weight grade players to report to coaches at North Park, No. 1 ground, inside the Armagh street gates, at 1 p.m. sharp, for weighing in. Games have been arranged with Albion after weighing in. There are still vacancies in all grades, especially under age, so come along and join up next Saturday. Club captain, Mr F. Dick. ’ —Advt.
