OPAWA CLUB The Opawa Bowling Club closed its season last Saturday. At a social evening, trophies were presented to the winners of the club competitions as follows: Singles, S. J. Barlow: pairs. N. T. Prisk and S. J. Barlow (s); fours, G. F. Wiberg, W. C. Cox, L. H. Turnpenny, R. Allison (s); handicap singles, R. Hey; handicap pairs, A. Norman and C. M. Nevin (s); intermediate singles, L. B. Clemens; intermediate pairs, N. A. Tregear and J. M. White (s): colts. J. T. Stoddart; Walmsley Cup, S. Grammer; Munns Memorial, C. Lee, K. H. Perrin, J. M. White, and A. Tough (s). The Christchurch Bowling Centre was represented by Messrs V. J. Rhodes, A. R. Besley, and W. Skelton.
