EASTERN GERMAN PREMIER
BERLIN, November 8. The East German Parliament to-day re-elected Mr Otto Grotewohl as Prime Minister. This followed the formal resignation of the provisional Government to-day. announced at the first meeting of the new Parliament. The Cabinet will be announced at the Assembly’s first working session next week.
