INVERCARGILL PROJECT AT COST OF £90,000 (New Zealand Press Association) INVERCARGILL, November 9. The Presbyterian Social Service Association is now ready to build in Invercargill a home and hospital for elderly people. A tender has been to an In Vercargill firm, R. Richardson and Company, Ltd.
