GLOBE DIRECT’S OWNER REPRISUNDED
At a meeting of the executive of* the New Zealand Trotting Conference on Wednesday night a charge against Mr H. R. Brien, of Wellington, owner of Globe Direct, of making an improper statement concerning the handicapper, was heard. Mr Brien was severely reprimanded, and requested to tender an apology to the handicapper, Mr A. R. Neilson.
