(Kec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, November 8. There never was a- Loch Ness Monster, accordinc to the “Dailv Herald."
“After 32 years naval experts at Portsmouth last night revealed the truth about the greatest sea serpent story ever known." says the newspaper.
Scores of people claimed to have seen the monster and scientists travelled from all over the world to investigate the mystery which brought fame and prosperity to the loch side —but the various monsters seen through the years were merely strings of fpur-horned mines surfacing at the end of a 32-year-old experiment.
