Sir.—l wonder if anyone else has round flaws or blemishes in the new health stamps. Among a broken number qf the green ones I found one on which the H in health is blurred as , ot is on My husband has a full sheet, but all are perfect.—Yours, ’ JUST WONDERING. October 30, 1950. S.fficer of the Post Office said that odd stamps had been observed with the blemish described by the correspondent, but they had no philatelic value.]
