TWO PERSONS INJURED AT TEKAPO
From Our Own Reporter TIMARU. November 6. As the result of an accident at Tekapo en Saturday evening, whey a motor-eycle carrying a pillion passenger and a truck collided. John Thomas Egan, of the West Coast, and Miss Dorothy McConachie, of Timaru. were admitted to the Timaru Public Hospital. Egan suffered a fractured thigh and multiple lacerations, and Miss McConachie suffered slight concussion and an ankle injury. Both, Egan and Miss McConachie are reported to be making satisfactory progress. Mr George Elliott, who was also involved in the accident, suffered a dislocated shoulder, but was able to go home.
