EAST CHRISTCHURCH CLUB The last season had been one of the best the club had had for 30 years, said the chairman (Mr A. Andrews), at the annual meeting of the East Christchurch Cricket Club. SUNNYSIDE CLUB Opening day was fixed for October 7 at the annual meeting of the Sunnyside Cricket Club. The following officers were elected:—patron, Dr. A. C. McKillop; president, Mr R. Stewart; vice-presidents, six were elected; clu b captain, Mr H. Thomson: secretary-treasurer, Mr W. Oliver; delegate to Suburban Cricket Association, Mr Oliver; selectors, Messrs L. Gordon, L. PEERLESS CLUB Officers were elected as follows at the annual meeting of the Peerless Cricket Club:—patrons, Messrs R. K. Ireland and A. E. Bartrum: president, Mr J. K. Ireland; vice-presidents, six were elected* secretary-treasurer, Mr G. A. Milligan; club captain, Mr B. Cooper; team captain, Mr O. O. HILLSBOROUGH CLUB Th e annual meeting of the Hillsborough Cricket Club was held recently. The election of officers resulted as follows:—president, Mr H.
