I ♦ i BREACHES OF TRAFFIC L i REGULATIONS The following persons, who appeared before Mr Raymond Ferner, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court at Rangiora yesterday, were fined for breaches of the traffic regulations:— Unregistered vehicle: Reginald Wells, 20s; Mervyn Wood, 20s (no driver’s licence, 20s); Lester Paget, 20s (no driver’s licence, 20s); Kenneth Batchelor, 20s (no warrant of fitness. 10s). No warrant of fitness: Graham William Wilson, 10s; Jack Keith Gaskin, 10s (no driver's licence 20s, driving without due care and attention, £4); Thomas James Kevern. 10s; Edward John Batchelor, 10s; Rupert James Demmocks, 10s. I No driver’s licence: Lester James Lang, ! 10s (driving without due care and atten- ■ tion, £2); John Edward Denton, 20s. Cycling without light: Tahu Hopkinson, 20s.
