WAIHORA GUN CLUB’S SHOOT
A shoot conducted by the Waihora Gun Club recently resulted:— No. 1 match, six-target eye-opener: J. Potts. H. Hatchard. S. Bennett. W. Tyson, D. Watson. T. Gebbie, L. Johnson, L. Lanauze. and L. Bennett shot the possible. No. 2 ‘match, Mackenzie Cup. of 15 targets: L. Eden, J. Potts, and S. S. Bennett shot the possible. Bennett won the shoot-off from Potts at the fifteenth round. No.-3 match. 10 targets off 16 vards: C. Schaffer. L. Eden. J. Potts, and E. Bearman shot the possible. Those with nine breaks were: L. Bennett. H. Hatchard. E. J. Bennett, and L. Blatchford. No. 4 match, a double rise at five pairs: H. Hatchard. W. Tyson. G. Thompson, J. Potts. L. Blatchford. T. Gebbie, and L. Bennett each with six breaks were the winners. The final match, a double rise at five P.a’ I rs - resulted:—T. Gebbie shot the possible. L. Eden, with nine breaks, was secojnd, and E. Bearman with eight breaks
