ASSISTANCE FOR U.N. URGED

WHITE PAPER ISSUED BY GOVERNMENT

A Japanese Government White Paper to-day declared that security as a democratic State can be assured only by giving the strongest co-operation to the United Nations in the Korean action. The White Paper said that Japan was marked as a special by Communists, and that “the Japanese people are standing in the maelstrom of the conflict. There is no room for neutrality.”
