Sir,—ln replv to “Bromlev’s” letter of July 28. asking for verification of how Bromley received its name, I can verify that his information is correct. The first chairman of the Bromley School Committee was my grandfather, Mr Palmer.—Yours, etc., LINWOOD. July 31, 1950.
