CANADIAN WHEAT FOR BRITAIN
BILATERAL SYSTEM WILL BE ENDED
(Rec. 8 p.m.) OTTAWA. May 29. Canada has tentatively agreed to end the system of bilateral wheat agreements with Britain, official quarters said to-day.
Britain informed Canada that her wheat requirements from the dollar area in 1950-51 would be between 100.000.000 and 120,000.000 bushels.
