MAN SAID TO HAVE BEEN MURDERED
POLICE CHARGE WIFE (Rec. 7 p.m.) NEW YORK, May 28. Mrs Anna Bornholdt, aged 58, was charged with murder to-day after the police had accused her of dropping her paralysed husband to his death from the fifth floor of an apartment house. The police alleged that the woman took her husband, who was aged 64. from his bed in their flat, carried him to the kitchen, and dropped him five floors to the courtyard below.* Thev said that the woman told them that her husband pleaded with her not to dron him, but she replied: “I have to do it.” The couple had been married for 20 years. The husband suffered a stroke last November.
