WATERSIDERS’ STOP WORK MEETING
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 26.
Auckland watersiders will not work on the night of Tuesday, June 6. This will permit them to attend a protest meeting which will be addressed by the deputy-Leader of the Opposition (Mr Nash) at the Town Hall on the removal of food subsidies and the ris-
ing living costs. This decision was made at a half-hour stop-work meeting this morning.
