Tin is quoted on the London metal market at £604 7s 6d a ton (spot) and £605 15s (forward). The zinc price for both foreign and domestic has been increased by £4 to £lO7 10s a ton. CEYLON TEA MARKET (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) t COLOMBO. May 23. There was fair genera] demand at the Ceylon tea sales to-day. Good teas were firm and other slightly easier. Offerings totalled 7.309,1701 b. High-grown broken orange pekoes realised 210 cents per lb, medium liquoring broken orange pekoes 170, medium liquoring orange pekoes 175. low medium broken orange pekoes 150, and low medium dusts 190.
