THREE-DAY STRIKE IN SUDAN
TRANSPORT SERVICES HALTED (Rec. 7 p.m.) KHARTOUM, March 5. Sudan’s communciations came to a standstill to-day when an estimated 50,000 workers began a three-day strike in sympathy, with railway workers, who are striking for a 75 per, cent, wage increase. All transport services have stopped. Some Government workers have also joined the strike.
