RUHR STEEL EMBARGO
BAN TO BE LIFTED NEXT MONTH (Rec. 7 p.m.) BONN, February 15, The ban on West' 1 German steel exports to the Soviet zone will be lifted on March 15. The ban was imposed on February 6 after consultation with the Allies because East Germany had overdrawn its credit limit under }be East " West trade agreement, but the ban was also described as partly a reprisal for Russian interference with lorry traffic in and out of Berlin.
