BOMB EXPLOSION IN HELSINKI
(Rec. 7 p.m.) HELSINKI, February 14. The explosion which blew in the main doors of the Finnish Parliament this morning was probably caused by a home-made bomb thrown by a lunatic, according to Helsinki police officials.
The police discredited Finnish press reports that the bomb was thrown by a Communist to frighten the College of Electors into choosing a Communist as President when it meets to-morrow.
