DELEGATION INVITED TO PARIS (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON. October 11 The Bonn correspondent of the United Press says that it is officially announced that the West Germar Government has been empowered tc send delegates to the Organisation foi European Economic Co-operation ir Paris. A Cabinet statement hails the decision as a step towards increased German responsibility.
