ALLEGED SHOOTING OF BORDER GUARD (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, October 11. The Belgrade correspondent of the Associated Press says that Jugoslavia reported to-day that Albanian soldiers “shot in the back and killed” a Jugoslav border patrolman four days ago. The Jugoslav Ministry of Foreign Affairs has sent a formal protest to the Albanian Legation, terming ihe .hooting “calculated and criminal murder.” The protest reminded Albania that Jugoslavia more than a month ago sought without success the formation of a joint commission to investigate and prevent border incidents.
