OVERSEAS AIR MAILS
Overseas air mails which were previously advertised to close at 9.30 a.m., late fee 10 a.m., are now closing at 11 a.m., late fee noon. This information was given by the Chief Postmaster yesterday. The following routes are affected:— Australia, daily; United Kingdom, Europe, and the East, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday; North, South, and Central America, Canada, and West Indies by British surface on Thursday and by the Pan American service on Wednesday; Fiji and Norfolk Island, Friday.
