ST. DAVID’S DAY BANQUET

About 85 members were present at the Cambrian Society’s banquet held in the National Club rooms last evening as part of the St. David’s Day celebrations. The guests of honour were Archbishop West-Watson and Miss West-Watson. The toast of “St. David” was pioposed by the president (Mr J. G. Parry) and the toast of “Wales” by Mr G. Manning. Items were given by Mrs Myra Thomson. Mrs Gwyneth Dorrans, Miss Dorothy Caygill, Mr E. Rogers, and Mr T. Bithell.
