“GERMANS NOT CHANGED VERY MUCH” 7 p.m.) LONDON, February 27. The retiring German chief of denazification, Mr .Hubert Teitelbaum, told the correspondent of the British united Press m Bremen that denazification had not changed the Germans very much. ~ From 60 to 80 per cent, of the higher public offices are held by Germans who had them before and were leared by denazification trials. The uenazifi cation policy should not be «uowed to be just a whitewash.”
