FAILURE TO AGREE ON HEALTH SERVICE (Rec. 7 p.m.) ADELAIDE, Feb. 24. Saying that as the Australian Government had broken off all negotiations with the British Medical Association there did not seem to be any object in his continuing to hold the position. Sir Henry Thompson has announced his resignation as Federal president of the association.
