FAILURE TO AGREE ON HEALTH SERVICE (Rec. 7 p.m.) ADELAIDE, Feb. 24. Saying that as the Australian Government had broken off all negotiations with the British Medical Association there did not seem to be any object in his continuing to hold the position. Sir Henry Thompson has announced his resignation as Federal president of the association. He added that he had continued in office with the hope of arriving at an arrangement with the Federal Government to provide a national medical service which could be held up as an example to the world,
