Extra Ration Sought— An extra ration of cream and butter should automatically be granted for six months to sanatorium patients when discharged in the opinion of the North Canterbury Hospital Board. Apart from assisting the recovery of such patients, this might help in maintaining the health of contacts in their families, it was reported. The Food Controller had been considerate about all doctor's orders; but extra allowance should be granted as of right.
