SYDENHAM MONEY CLUB
The chairman of directors (Mr H. B. Duckworth) announced at the annual meeting of the Sydenham Money Club that the profit for the second half of the year was £4193, making £8094 for the year. New advances for the year w'ere £43.741. increasing the total advances to £177,437. Total members’ funds were now £186,259. It was decided that the balance standing to the credit of the orofit and loss appropriation account should be utilised in paying a half-year’s dividend at the increased rate of 4 per cent. The sum already allocated to the reserve fund for the year will be increased to £2lOO. and the balance carried forward. Officers re-elected were:—directors, Messrs H. B. Duckworth (chairman). O. Jacobsen (vice-chairman), F. J. Jacobsen, P W. Miller, T. H. Munro, and D. V. Wilson: auditors. Messrs E. R. Cay gill and R. de G. Robilliard.
