ALBANIA ADMITTED TO MEMBERSHIP
(Rec. 11.30 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 23. Reuter’s Moscow correspondent quotes a Tass message <rom Tirana as saying that Albania has been admitted to membership of the Eastern European Economic Aid Council. The formation of the council was announced in Moscow on January 25 after a conference of- representatives of Bulgaria Hungary, Poland, Rumania, Czechoslovakia, and Russia.
